Ingredients
For the Meatballs
500g ground beef
1large egg
2cloves garlic, minced
1tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1teaspoon dried oregano
1teaspoon sea salt
1/2teaspoon black pepper
2tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)
For the Zucchini Noodles
4large zucchini
1/2teaspoon sea salt
2tablespoons olive oil
For the Sauce
2cans(400g each)
3cloves garlic, minced
1small onion, finely diced
2tablespoons olive oil
1tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Meatballs
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, egg, minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper
Mix gently with your hands until just combined
Form into 16 meatballs (about 2 tablespoons each)
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides
